Super Wet Chocolate Cake (no eggs)

You will need:

1.5 cups flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon soda
a pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 glass of water
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 / 4-1 / 2 tsp of instant coffee

How to cook:

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking pan with baking paper, brush with olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

2. Mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, oil, water, vinegar and coffee. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved.

3. Mix both mixtures until smooth.

4. Pour the dough into cooked form and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool and slice completely. Top can be covered with the simplest chocolate cream or sprinkle with grated chocolate.
