Potato dumplings with cheese

Very tasty to eat them immediately hot with sour cream or any sauce. Cook on health! 😌

We will need the following products:

Mashed Potatoes – 400 Grams
Hard Cheese – 80 Grams
Flour – 1 Glasses
Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Suluguni cheese – 150 grams
Vegetable oil – 350 Grams (for deep-frying)

🍴 Now prepare:

Combine mashed potatoes and grated cheese. Add soda and flour. Knead the dough with your hands. Form small cakes out of dough, put some suluguni cheese inside and pinch the edges. Fry in deep fat. Serve with sour cream.
