A quickie pie according to the recipe from “So Simple!” you will like it so much that you will cook it more than once or twice …
With a biscuit-like dough, there is no trouble, and for
fillings in the bins there is always a jar of thick jam or jam:

200 ml of milk
90 ml of vegetable oil
400 g flour
200 g sugar
1.5–2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp. salt
1–1.5 st. thick jam or jam
Chilled eggs, salt and whisk until fluffy, gradually pouring sugar.
Continuing to beat, pour in vegetable oil, and then milk.
Pour in sifted flour and baking powder. Break all the lumps. Dough should
turn out homogeneous, thick, like a good fat sour cream. Too
the batter is not suitable for this cake: jam just drown, and
baking in the cut will not look so appetizing.

Spread half the dough over the prepared surface, lay out the top
the filling, and then the remaining half of the dough. Level surface
with a spoon. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, then
reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake the product for 40–45 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar, and when the product has cooled, cut it into portions.
