kefir 500 ml
eggs 2 pieces
3-4 glasses of flour
soda 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp.

For filling:
Sausage 300 g
champignons 200 g
Ketchup 1 pack or tomato paste mixed with spices to taste
onions 2 heads
Parmesan + Mozzarella + hard cheeses

PREPARATION: 1 For the dough, mix the kefir with raw chicken eggs, salt, baking soda and flour, previously sifted. The dough should turn out to be semi-liquid. 2. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the dough in, smooth out over the entire surface. Apply ketchup sauce in the form of a lattice.3 Cut the champignons into strips, the sausage – into strips or slices. Put all the ingredients on the dough, sprinkle the pizza with grated hard cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C until ready, about 15 to 30 minutes.

Tomatoes can also be added to the filling of this pizza.
