Delicious, fast, healthy cake
For the test:
Egg – 3-4 pcs.
Flour – 3-4 tbsp. with slide
sugar – 1/2 tbsp.
soda – 1/2 tsp, extinguish lemon juice
Apples 0.5 kg
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp.
Dried apricots 100 gr
Raisin 50 gr
To fill the cake:
sour cream – 200 gr
sugar – 1 tbsp.
berries (can be frozen: lingonberries, blueberries, cranberries, currants) – 2 handfuls
Beat eggs with sugar into a thick foam so that the volume increased 2 times. We set aside for the time being.
My apples, remove the core and cut into thin plates. Dried fruits, dried apricots cut in half. You can add nuts.
Pour the flour into the egg mixture and beat again. Add soda, slaked lemon juice and mix. We lubricate the form with oil, put the filling in the form, level it. Pour dough on top and set in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.
We bake 20-25 minutes, when the cake turns red a little, take out and pour sour cream mixed with sugar and berries. Put the cake in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Check the readiness of a toothpick.
