Heat the milk, dissolve the yeast in it, one tablespoon of sugar and 4 tables of flour bed. Leave 10 minutes. When the bubbles go, the dough has reacted and you can start cooking. Add salt, remaining sugar, drain the butter into the egg, mix it. Pour the egg mixture into the yeast mixture. Mix and add a little flour. Finally add vegetable oil and knead the dough well. Leave the dough in a warm, dry place, then mix it and mix it again .
When the dough fits the second time, there is no need to press down. We pinch off a piece of dough, make a cake, put condensed milk in the middle, pinch the edges. Put in a baking sheet for 20 minutes. Lubricate the workpiece with a beaten egg.
Prepare streysel: sugar, butter and flour to crush into a crumb.
Sprinkle buns with streyzelem. Bake in preheated 180 gr. oven 20-25 minutes to a golden crust.
Allow to cool slightly in shape, then divide into individual buns.
