flour – 330 g
cherry – 500 g
corn starch – 30 g
butter – 240 g
water – 60 ml
salt – 2 g
sugar – 150 g
egg yolk – 1 piece
Mix sugar, cherry and cornstarch. Grind the flour with butter into a crumb, salt and pour in water. Knead the dough quickly and put it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Roll out 1/4 of the dough and cut into strips.
The rest of the dough is distributed in a form with sides, spread on top of the filling.
We make lattice of pie from dough strips, we grease with yolk from above.
We bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
Give the cake to cool in the form.
