WINTER PIE “FROM THE FROZEN!”
I like cooking this cake in the winter, especially when periods occur
budget crisis. This recipe never let me down, baking
it turned out excellent, and tea drinking was fun.
Dough products: 300 ml of water or a mixture of water and milk, 100 g
butter, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp (without slides) salt, 1 tbsp. l
vegetable oil, 1 egg, 500-600 g of flour (depending on
humidity), 2 tsp dry or 30 g of pressed yeast. The recipe is designed for kneading hands and bread maker.
Stuffing: 1 glass of any jam without stones, 0.5 cups of walnuts
nuts or dried apples or pears.
In lightly warm water, add sugar, yeast, salt, egg white (leave the yolk to lubricate the cake) and let this mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Then combine with melted butter, and add flour.
Knead soft dough, but it should not stick to your hands. Put it in a warm place to lift, in the process of kneading.

It turns out great thick stuffing.
The dough is divided into 2 parts, one slightly larger than the other. Large

From the second layer, separate a bit of dough for decoration, roll it out thinly, cut it into 1 cm strips, cover the filling with a grate, or make a decoration that you like.
Put the cake for 10-15 minutes, and then lubricate its top
yolk diluted with a drop of water.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees, about 1 hour until golden brown.
Serve the cake warm or cold, with tea, tea, milk and other favorite beverages
