Dear friends, as I promised earlier, I post the recipe of the samsa with a phased photo preparation

To prepare the dough you need:

Margarine – 200g
Yolk -3pcs
Kefir -300gr +0.5 tsp tea soda
Flour about 5 glasses

Margarine skip through the grater. Mix well with flour. Add kefir, yolks and salt. Knead the dough by adding a little flour. The dough should be soft. Wrap the dough in the village package and send it in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.

Stuffing for samsa:
0.5kg minced meat
2 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
Salt.black pepper to taste

Roll out the dough. Cut into a square with sides of 10-12 cm. Fold the edges in the form of an envelope. Expand put the stuffing. Connect the corners. We get samsa in the form of a flower. Ready samsushki lay out on the baking sheet, grease the egg yolk from above. Sprinkle sesame on top. Sent to the oven for 30-40 minutes.
