– 4 eggs
– sugar 1 stack
– flour 1 stack
– baking powder 0.5 h l

Beat eggs with sugar into a VERY fluffy mass (about 10 minutes). Sift flour mixed with baking powder. Beat at low speed.
Peel apples, cut into cubes. Put on the bottom of the form (if not silicone – lubricate), sprinkle with cinnamon and bread crumbs. Mix. Pour dough. Send to oven until ready at 170 *. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes! Check with a toothpick for dryness.
