– Puff unleavened dough – 0.5 kg;
– Apples – 4 pieces;
– Egg – 1 pc;
-Sahar – 50 g;
– Butter – 30 g;

First, prepare the filling:
Thoroughly wash the apples and cut them into cubes. Melt a piece of butter in a pan. Put the apples in the pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Stew until soft apples. The filling turns out delicious – you need to constantly drive away the household, so as not to eat it before the dough ends 🙂

Prepare the dough:
Thaw at room temperature, roll out a little. Cut the dough into rectangles, make cuts as in the photo. On the back of the cuts lay out the stuffing. You can put as many fillings as possible: the more, the tastier, but without fanaticism – so that you can pinch the edges. Pinch the edges. Put the puffs on a baking sheet, top with a yolk. Lubricate to obtain after baking an appetizing crust. Bake at 220 degrees until golden brown. Incredibly delicious puffs with apples are ready!
