Just 15 minutes: jellied meat pie

0.5 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup of kefir
0.5 teaspoon soda
300 grams of minced meat
2-3 onions, cut into cubes
salt, pepper – to taste

1. Kefir mix with soda and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Mix the stuffing with your favorite spices, garlic and fresh onions.
4. Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour out half the dough.
5. Put the prepared stuffing and pour the second half of the dough onto it.
6. Put in a heated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 170C.
