Easter Kulich Dietary

Almond – 200 g
Walnuts – 100 g
Sesame – 50 g
Flax seeds – 50 g
Dried apricots – 100 g
Raisin – 100 gTykva – 200 g
Dates – 150 g
Oranges – 2 pieces
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Ground nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
Cardamom – 1/2 tsp

Cooking method:
Blender grind almonds and walnuts until flour.
Sesame and flax, too, grind, but they take only the grinder.
Add spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom) and mix the dry mixture until smooth.
On a medium grater, rub the pumpkin into the dough, add the raisins.
Remove from the oranges zest in the dough and mix.
Dates and dried apricots in a blender, add 1 orange juice and chop into puree.
Mix dry dough with fruit puree, kneading well.
Form a cake with wet hands or lay out in a form, tamping, previously enclosed it with cling film.
Leave in the fridge for an hour. Remove from the mold and garnish with poppy seeds or almond petals.
