Delicious dietary tiramisu
🔸 per 100gramm – 109.36 kcal🔸B / F / L – 9.5 / 2.19 / 12.75🔸

Ingredients:
– 200 grams of soft nonfat cottage cheese
– 1 banana
– 1 egg
– 1 / 2hp baking powder
– 1st ct. Cocoa
– 2 tablespoons corn flour
– 2st.l. kefira
– 3 pack of fit parade
– 1 cup of strong coffee

Cooking:
1. Mix banana, egg, baking powder, cocoa, flour, kefir, 1 package of fit parade,
2. Put in a mold and bake in the microwave for 5 minutes!
3. Cool the finished cake, cut arbitrarily!
4. Mix cottage cheese with 2 pack of fit parade and 3 hl of coffee!
5. Putting the cake together – put 1/2 of the curd cream in the ice cream bowl, dip some of the cake in coffee and cream, then lay out the remaining cream!
6. Put in the fridge for two hours or overnight!
7. Sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon on top – as desired!
