Cake without baking

Maria cookies – 400 g
cottage cheese – 300 g
butter – 200 g
powdered sugar – 100 g
cream (sour cream) – 50 ml
vanilla sugar – 10 g
black coffee – 1 tbsp.

Cooking cream.

In a bowl pour 300 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of powdered sugar, pour 50 ml of cream and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Cream can be replaced with sour cream. All whisk immersion blender until a smooth smooth mass.

In another bowl, put 200 g of butter at room temperature and pour 50 g of powdered sugar. All whisk to whiten the oil and increase in volume. It takes about 4-5 minutes. Add the curd mass to the bowl with the butter cream and mix everything with a spatula. The cream is ready.

The bottom of a flat dish a little grease cream. Then we lay out Maria’s cookies in the shape of a flower. Each cookie must be dunked in a glass of brewed coffee. After each layer, grease cookies with cream. I got 9 layers of biscuits.

The cream is calculated so that little is left to decorate the top and sides of the cake.

The remaining biscuits break a little into pieces, put in a chopper and chop into a crumb.

Sprinkle the cake with the prepared crumb top and sides. Unnecessary crumbs are removed with a brush.

From above we decorate the cake with cranberries or any other fruit.
